Hay Doxies guarantees Puppy to be healthy at the time of sale only. Puppy has shown no visible signs of sickness. We do not
guarantee a dog/puppy that develops hypoglycemia, parasites or diarrhea due to stress or improper diet after the sale.
Purchaser must have the puppy examined by a licensed Veterinarian, at purchaser's expense, within 3 days of purchase to activate
this written guarantee. If your Veterinarian finds cause for the return of the puppy for any reason, our Veterinarian must also confirm
the reason for return. We must be informed within 3 days of purchase of anything wrong with the puppy and we have the option to
refund purchase price or replace a sick puppy, provided that the puppy has been properly cared for while in the purchaser’s
possession. To make your claim for a replacement puppy or refund, you must bring your puppy back the same day of examination.
You must also provide a signed statement from your veterinarian showing the description of the symptoms supporting the opinion. If
you are returning a puppy, you must return any registration or application to register, delivered to you, along with the puppy’s health
and vaccination record. You must sign any and all papers necessary to transfer ownership of the puppy back to us. If this puppy was
shipped and has to be replaced, the purchaser will assume the new shipping costs.
The purchaser assumes responsibility for the health and injury of the puppy after the puppy leaves the sellers premises. It is the
purchasers responsibility to take the precautionary steps to protect the puppy from dangerous or infected situations until the puppy
has had it’s series of proper vaccinations.
If puppy gets sick and dies within 3 days after purchase, purchaser (at purchaser’s expense) must have an autopsy performed to
prove cause of death. Puppy will be replaced or the purchase price refunded (at sellers option), if death was caused by an illness
puppy had prior to sale, providing all of the terms of this contract are complied with.
Seller makes no guarantees as to color, mature size or ability to breed or show purchased animal.
